InterNACHI Certified – 11th Month Warranty Inspections

Thompson Inspections will come out on the 11th-month and perform a full assessment of the property before the warranty expires. We will inspect the visual condition of the interior and exterior of the home and all of the components such as roof, siding, driveway, walkways, garage, decks, and their functionality. We will inspect the components and functionality; furnace and AC units, water heater, and electrical. We get the homeowner’s input on any items that may not be properly functioning, as this information is vital also.

A report is generated following the inspection. The report will have photos and will identify any defects or issues found during the inspection. The homeowner can take the necessary steps to hold the builder and subcontractors to their warranties before they expire with the inspection report.
